Irish Road Tours was founded by David O’Neill, and from a passion for rural Ireland born of family holidays in the north of Donegal and south on the Mizen Peninsula. After thirty-five years of walking the hills, sailing around the coasts and travelling the boreens of his native land, David finished a long career in book publishing in favour of a desire to share his love of Ireland. ‘Literature and Ireland have never been far apart and it seemed a natural evolution.’ David is an experienced, professional coach driver and fully accredited tour guide.
