A Passion For Rural Ireland

Irish Road Tours was founded by David O’Neill, and from a passion for rural Ireland born of family holidays in the north of Donegal and south on the Mizen Peninsula. After thirty-five years of walking the hills, sailing around the coasts and travelling the boreens of his native land, David packed in a long career in book publishing in favour of a desire to share his love of Ireland. ‘Literature and Ireland have never been far apart and it seemed the natural thing to do.’ David is an experienced, professional coach driver and fully accredited tour guide.
