Tours

Full tour details and prices will be provided upon enquiry. Our prices include accommodation bed and breakfast, entrance fees to all attractions, government taxes and transfers to and from the airport. They do not include flights, room service, beverages, special food requests, meals not specified for the tour or telephone charges.

Bookings and Payments

Irish Road Tours accepts a booking only after a deposit or full payment has been made. A non-refundable deposit of €500 per person will secure your booking, with the balance payable six weeks prior to arrival. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the accuracy of your booking including your travel dates. Irish Road Tours accept electronic bank transfers.

Cancellations

Cancellation of your booking must be made by email to info@irishroadtours.com

General

There may be occasions when Irish Road Tours personnel and/or representatives have to make decisions in the interests of safety. For example, we may have to alter our schedule and or activities due to adverse weather conditions, or under any circumstances that might mitigate the safety of our passengers. It is a condition of booking that you comply with the authority and decisions of representatives of Irish Road Tours. We reserve the right to refuse to allow you to continue the tour should you fail to comply. Under such circumstances, Irish Road Tours will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any additional costs incurred by you. Irish Road Tours cannot accept liability for the behaviour of others on your tour, nor if any events or services are mitigated by their actions. 

Photographs and Comments

You accept that Irish Road Tours may take photographs and video recordings, which may include you, while you are a passenger. These may be used in our advertising and publicity material (including social media) without obtaining any further consent or payment in respect of such photographs and/or films. Furthermore, you agree that Irish Road Tours may use any comments recorded in communications for advertising and publicity material without obtaining any further consent or payment in respect of comments.

Weather Conditions and Flight Delays

Irish Road Tours cannot be held responsible for any delay, deviation or cancellation due to weather conditions. The tour cannot be cancelled or altered by you at any time due to weather conditions. Irish Road Tours cannot be held responsible for any flight delays that may necessitate amending or cancelling any event within the tour.

Personal Belongings

Irish Road Tours cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings left behind or damaged on any tour irrespective of the circumstances.

Eligibility

Passengers must be aged 18 years or over, unless accompanied by a responsible person of 18 years or over, or are part of a private tour as defined by Irish Road Tours.

Insurance

Travel insurance cover in not included in the price of any tour, product or service provided by Irish Road Tours or their representatives. Irish Road Tours requires their customers and all persons travelling on our tours to have comprehensive insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability before they travel. Customers of Irish Road Tours may also wish to indemnify Irish Road Tours against all third-party claims, actions, damages and remedies that may be brought against Irish Road Tours in respect of your travel needs/requirements. Irish Road Tours may require details of your insurance as a condition of travel.

No Smoking Policy

Irish Road Tours operate a No Smoking Policy on all their vehicles and properties.

Specific physical or medical requirements.

 Irish Road Tours make every effort to accommodate their customers. However, due to the active nature of our tours, we are required to consider specific physical or medical requirements on an individual basis. Any medical or physical condition requiring third party attention or treatment must be advised in writing at the time of booking. Our personnel cannot provide personalised assistance or care and it is a condition that any passenger who requires assistance must do so with a qualified person. Irish Road Tours reserves the right to refuse to carry anyone who cannot cope with the requirements of the tour and who may require services and facilities that Irish Road Tours cannot guarantee will be available. The nature of our tours means that not every type of disability can be accommodated despite the reasonable effort of Irish Road Tours. The tours may involve climbing steps on coaches, trains, boats and ferries, and sitting for long periods on coaches without toilet facilities, walking and other physical activities which may involve steps and stairs at sightseeing stops, visitor attractions and hotels. Coaches are not adapted to carry wheelchairs and do not have ramps, lift or low floor access. Collapsible wheelchairs can generally be carried in the luggage hold but you must check in advance to ensure that this is the case for your tour. Irish Road Tours cannot carry any motorised wheelchairs under any circumstances. Irish Road Tours is not responsible for any decision made by them or by any service provider to refuse to carry you, provide any facilities or accommodation to you, or to provide any service to you in the absence of written acknowledgement and acceptance of your special request or of your specific assistance needs. Please note that 100% cancellation charges would apply in these circumstances.
